Hygiene insulated wall and ceiling panels can be used for the construction of all internal temperature and hygiene controlled building applications, including Abbatoirs, Bakeries, Blast freezers, Chill stores, Cold stores, Clean rooms, Food Processing facilities, Pharmaceutical or where there is need for a Clean and Precise internal controlled environment.

The Firecheck Hygiene product is an LPCB approves panel system, it has succesfully passed all the requirements of LPCB approval to LPS1208 standards, providing fire performance for both fire integrity and fire insulation.

Fire rated up to 60 minutes.

Structural Performance

Ceilings -
Walk on ceilings have been designed with a combination of loads all in accordance with BS6399 Pt1 Panel dead weight, Point load 0.9kN and UDL = 0.25kN/m2, Deflection limit = L/200
Walls -
Internal wall panels have been designed as non load bearing walls with a combination of loading values : L/80, Internal load = 0.3kN/m2 deflection limit = L/150

Panel wall and ceiling spans have been tested in accordance with European Standards EN14509
