LongClad panels are designed for external wall applications such as industrial buildings, domestic apartments, commercial buildings, retail, leisure facilities, schools, hospitals and hotels.


Firecheck LongClad wall panels have excellent inherent strength and can offer a single span of upto 8m, reducing the need for any secondary supports. The system provides a fast track wall construction solution. Various external finishes and profiles are available including Micro Profile, Rib Profile and Flat*

LongClad wall panels can be used as a through wall construction with various facades, including Terracotta Tiles, Zinc and Aluminium Rainscreen.

External Coating Systems
HPS200: Plastisol coated steel 200 microns thickness coating providing high levels of durability and colour stabilty performance.
Plastisol: 200 microns coated steel embossed leather grain providing high levels of durability and colour stabilty performance.

Internal Coating Systems
White Polyester: Polyester coated steel 15 microns thickness coating providing high levels of durability and easy cleaning and colour stability performance.
Plastisol: 200 microns coated steel embossed leather grain providing high levels of durability and colour stabilty performance.
Foodsafe 120: 120 microns thickness foodsafe finish, designed for continuous contact with food substances in all humid and intensive cleaning environments.

Insulation Core
Polyisocyanurate (PIR): CFC & HCFC free, Closed cell insulation core with a zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP)

Panel Joint
Tongue & Groove joint achieves low air leakage and excellent thermal continuity performance.

Air Leakage
Overall air leakage for complete envelope less than 5m3/hr/m2 at 50Pa.

Fire Performance
The panels external and internal steel facings have a class1 surface spread of flame to BS476:Part7 : 1987, and are Class O as defined by building regulations.
Longclad wall panels are LPCB - LPS 1181 part 1 approved. LPS1181 insurance approval consists of a series of fire growth tests for panels used on external envelope of buildings.
The level of approval is EXT-B and EXT-A30. Wall panels have also been tested to BS476 Part 22 and achieved 64 minutes integrity and 47 minutes insulation.
